Meet Dr. Milena Bulic

For Dr. Milena, orthodontics is so much more than just straight teeth. Orthodontics is about creating beautiful, aesthetic smiles that empower YOU to be the best version of yourself. Dr. Milena’s mission is to MPOWER YOU by MPOWERING YOUR SMILE.

It all started with a smile transformation of her own. As a teenager, Dr. Milena was an insecure, self-conscious kid who was suddenly empowered when a female orthodontist transformed her smile. From that moment on, Dr. Milena knew she wanted to help others feel the same joy and empowerment she felt.

Dr. Milena attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for dental school, her three-year orthodontic residency, and master’s in oral sciences. She is a board-certified orthodontist dedicated to creating smile transformation and positively affecting and empowering patients.

Dr. Milena is passionate about learning, constant improvement, and always finding new ways to serve her patients better and provide the most aesthetic results. She constantly seeks ways and methods to provide the most aesthetic treatment outcome in the most efficient manner.

Dr. Milena moved to the United States as an exchange student in high school. She lived in Colorado, Arkansas, and Missouri prior to finding her new home in Illinois, where she lives with her husband Nemanja and two kids, Luka and Mila.

Outside of her passion for orthodontics, Dr. Milena loves to read and listen to podcasts, especially those related to growing as an individual and having healthy body and mind. She enjoys staying active by playing volleyball, tennis, and skiing. Her interest in cultural diversity encourages her love of travel. In her free time, you’ll most likely find Dr. Milena at the park with her kiddos.
